With more than 28 years of Construction experience within the Commercial and Residential sectors, Michael manages the operations of the Transpire Group with a disciplined approach focusing towards efficiencies and relationships. Michael provides industry and process support throughout the company as a whole while collaborating with external partners to assess key values, improve systems and reach company goals. Future planning and contract procurement are key elements to Michael’s role which he typically handles directly from the initial client introduction through to contract completion. With a strong background in cost analysis and control, Michael remains heavily involved within the companies supplier negotiations and contract quoting processes to ensure Transpire remains competitive in the marketplace with longevity at the forefront of our values.
Jamie Skerritt
Construction Manager
Jamie’s experience within the Site Supervision & Construction Management departments of Residential and Commercial projects, extends for more than 20 years. Jamie’s hands on approach to not only ensure each project is constructed to the highest quality with efficient timeframes, actively sees him participate in the future design and improvements of construction details and cost effective best practices. Commencing from cost advice at the quoting phase through to overseeing project maintenance, Jamie is responsible for all Construction matters which is handled with professionalism towards each individual client, supplier, sub-contractor and internal staff alike.
Matthew Baden
Operations Manager
Matthew’s career commencing as a Carpenter & Joiner 30 years ago, has ensured a proficient and resourceful approach while managing the Estimating and Cost Control Departments of some of the largest volume Domestic construction companies along the Eastern seaboard. Matthew oversees all cost analysis and operations of the business while monitoring and implementing the latest in estimating and business management programs to enhance the companies’ efficiencies. Matthew’s dependability to translate company visions into a reality whether they be a more competitive and efficient quoting process or to provide improved flexibility within a niche market is an asset to the organisation.

Sales Manager
Stewart is an industry professional having more than 11 years Business and Sales Management experience. Stewart utilises the knowledge gained as well as his long standing business relationships with a vast number of external land developers & successful sales channels to present customers with a suitable product that is in line with their needs and financial goals. Throughout his career, Stewart has gained experience in developing and exercising the techniques required in generating successful sales through creativity and nurturing of client relationships, accurate client financial analysis & goal setting.

Drafting Manager
As the Drafting & Design Manager, Glenn provides a personable & technical approach throughout the preliminary design stages of each enquiry presented to Transpire Constructions. Clients can be assured that they will benefit from Glenn’s 20 years’ experience working within the project home, light commercial & architectural industries, not only by turning their dream home design into a reality but also by translating this into a practical and cost effective build. Nathan Martin
Estimating Manager
Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail coupled with more than 23 years’ experience working for high volume residential builders across Australia ensures that the estimating team are well versed in presenting highly accurate estimates while successfully maintaining deadlines as required. A motivation to further strengthen his construction knowledge led to Nathan accepting a Site Managers role for a number of years which has resulted in an unparalleled understanding of construction methodology and best practices. Nathan’s personable approach to management with a drive for ever evolving processes are key for the longevity of his team and company alike while overseeing all facets of the estimating department including cost analysis and control.
